Prairie Falls Golf Club is now under new ownership!! Billy Bomar and Coeur d’Alene native, Jerry Neeser, purchased the golf course on May 1st, 2014. Billy has been a golf professional for over 30 years and has owned and managed golf courses in Alaska. He is an accomplished player and instructor and won the 2015 Oregon Senior Open and is the current Inland Empire PGA Chapter Champion firing rounds of 63-69 at Circling Raven Golf Club last fall.
In 2016, Prairie Falls hired Professional Bobby Myles as Head Golf Professional. Bobby is a Coeur d’Alene transplant, and has worked at some of the Northeasts most pristine clubs, as well as the Coeur d’Alene resort. Bobby has also become one of the top players in the PGA Inland Empire Chapter winning many local pro ams the past two years. Bobby fired a 62 last fall at Stone Ridge Golf Club to easily win the Pro-Am.
Assistant Golf Professional Brittany Bomar joins us for her 2nd full season. Brittany is a very accomplished player and currently plays December to April on the Australian Ladies Professional Golf Tour. Brittany loves to teach and does a great job working with ladies and junior golfers.
Our newest staff member is Golf Professional Josh Grenier. Originally from Montana, Josh has been a PGA apprentice since 2012 and is well on his way to becoming a full PGA professional. With over twenty years of playing and five years of instructing experience, Josh is able to transfer his knowledge of the game into an enjoyable lesson with lasting results.
